Bhavya Sree Kandala is an Associate Attorney at Clifftop Law. She brings nearly a decade of international and state legal experience to our team. Bhavya was originally admitted to the Bar Council of India in 2016, and admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in January 2025. She has developed an extensive diverse practice within our firm, and handles all family law, criminal law, and traffic infractions matters.
Before joining our firm, Bhavya served at Perkins Coie LLP, where she conducted comprehensive legal reviews for more than 50 clients and developed key operational guidelines that improved efficiency and consistency across teams. Her background also includes significant litigation work in India, where she represented clients in personal injury, family disputes, real estate issues, and complex writ petitions before High Courts.
Bhavya holds an LLM from Seattle University School of Law, where she was awarded the Dean’s Merit Scholarship after obtaining an LLM in Constitutional Law from Osmania University. She further expanded her academic and professional credentials by completing the CopyrightX Certificate Course on August 3, 2025, a program taught by Professor William W. Fisher III and offered by Harvard Law School in collaboration with the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society. She actively volunteers as an Attorney at the Family Law Clinic with Snohomish County Legal Aid Services and serves as a Mentor with AES Acharya Educational Services, supporting and guiding aspiring legal professionals. She also serves as an Executive Board Member of SABAW for the term January 2026 through January 2027. Bhavya is known for her strong legal research, precision in drafting, and commitment to providing thoughtful, client-centered representation.
Bhavya is passionate about serving her community and those in need. She speaks both Hindu and English. What sets her apart is her unwavering commitment to helping clients achieve their goals and move forward with their lives. She brings determination, comprehensive and client centered approach to every case, consistently striving for positive outcomes.
During her free time, Bhavya enjoys walking her dog Rusty and exploring new places.
