Marina Robles is an immigration paralegal at Clifftop Law, where she focuses on USCIS filings and affirmative asylum cases. She supports clients through the asylum process by preparing detailed I-589 applications, drafting personal declarations, gathering country-condition evidence, and organizing supporting documentation. Marina also assists with work permit applications, FOIA requests, family-based petitions, and other USCIS filings essential to clients’ immigration journeys.

Originally from Peru, Marina holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.), which provides her with a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, and procedural analysis. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, enabling her to conduct client intakes, interpret communications, and ensure Spanish-speaking clients fully understand their options. Marina is currently pursuing her LL.M. in American Legal Studies at Seattle University School of Law, where she will graduate in May 2026, further expanding her knowledge of U.S. immigration and administrative law.
